Researchers Network

The Materials Science, Engineering and Nanotechnology Researchers Network (MRN) was constituted on June 1, 2019, by the signing of the letter of intent document by the members (click on the Documents icon); the content and signatures of the letter of intent document was recognized on September 28, 2019, by the notary eight in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia. The MRN is of academic and scientific character, non-profit, attached to the Foundation of Researchers in Science and Technology of Materials (FORISTOM) with unique tax registration 900.974.223-1; the MRN has its main office in the Republic of Colombia, and it is shall be governed by an internal regulation (click on the Documents icon) and by the applicable laws and regulations.

The MRN has the purpose of strengthening training and research capabilities in science, engineering, and nanotechnology of materials for social inclusion, contributing to the cohesion of the actors, to the growth and strengthening of human, physical, and institutional capacities through the execution of activities for the effective transfer of academic and scientific knowledge, research, technological development, and innovation, in order to of building a sustainable future.
